Long before the rest of the world came to know Twista, Common, Lupe and Kanye, hip hop was alive and thriving in Chicago. Who is Quicksilver Cooley? Well for starters, he was part of two ground breaking, historical events in Chicago hip hop history. He was a member of the first hip hop act to release a record out of Chicago, OZ and the DVS Crew and another act, Black AG that was the first to release a nationally recognized music video out of the Chi.
