Independent hip hop artist Finale, hails from Detroit, Michigan. ‘Issues’ is a track off of his album “A Pipe Dream and a Promise”, released earlier this year. This joint is one of my favs along with some other gems on the album. Just want to give the homie some shine on this blog for puttin’ down good hip hop music.
